Many companies have reservations on the network, sharing, and the attitude of the revitalization. It is mainly because the conventional wisdom considers that the company competes with others through the tight control of the most coveted resources. When we come to debate about Human Resources, the company tries the best to retain, hire, encourage and develop the talented people working for them since human resources are the basis of competition for enterprises. At present, the company obtaining the ideas and human resource from outside has more advantages than the enterprises rely solely on internal human resources.
Peering:
It refers to produce equal values between the enterprise and its employees, businesses and customers. The enterprise encourages and rewards to employees, the staff will be on loyal to the enterprise. On the contrary, employees have to work hard for the salary from the company. The company selling to the customer products will get feedback from the customers and will affect the customers themselves and their relatives and friends to make the choice for products of enterprise.
